Thank you for the information, Could you please advice me the internet bandwidth requirments also to connect both the branches, Do please share some of the installation manuals.

The SIP can be installed on the user machine or do we require to buy VOIP Supported phones?

Dear Saad,

The workstations are protected but for our GMs they manage to plug in USBs, which causes viruses.So I would like to have some kind of software which installed in USB and make it password protected.

So when ever, They plug in USB it will ask the password and that will make it secure.
