try to increase softlimit in /var/qmail/supervise/qmail-smtpd/run. if it is 2000000 or 3000000 , just try to increase it 4000000. and similarly stop and start the services after increasing softlimit. Hope problem will be solved.

AOA,
Dear i tried the command u instructed, but invain, getting same problem, is there any other solution, i have tested the same configuration on 2 seperate systems, but in vain. Still no solution.

It will make hostname permanent in that file.

Type following command to check out hostname.

# hostname
Similarly u can assign new host name with same command.

# hostname xxxxxxxxxx

then u also have to add ur changed in /etc/hosts file , in order to take effect.

IP Address FQDN and then hostname.
