enhanced PostgreSql aka RedhatDb2.1

did anyone try redhat-Db2.x ? its enhanced version of Postgresql and its ORDBMS (like Oracle),ii think current postgresql versions are just RDBMS not sure any idea?i thought to install it but size is 140 MB eww..
have RH guys shipped it with latest RH Linux version?do let me know
