hi linizens,
i want to know that what is the method of building the rpm file from the source file if *.spec file is available.....?

Check the RPM Guide which has indepth info on how to create rpms.

http://rpm.redhat.com/RPM-HOWTO/

and

http://rpm.redhat.com/RPM-HOWTO/build-it.html

As stated, the format when spec files are used is normally like:
==========================
rpm -ba foobar-1.0.spec

To create rpms using .tar.gz sources:
======================
rpm -ta filename-0.6.31.tar.gz

Check the links for more info.
