ADSL connection

Aslaam-o-alaikum
guys i'm having trouble with installing ADSL on my Linux(Mandrake) machine;
as im newbie so plz. help me

humble request is that u pls post the model of ur adsl modem...or router wt ever u r using.and try to explain the problem.....so that it can be answered easily.....which mandrake verison u r using (kernel version)

well there is easy way to config ur adsl device by using KPPP pls go there any try to do that

oh yeah its Mandrake 9.1 and kernel version 2.4... somsthing like this but its a new1.
its ADSL speedtouch moden from Alcatel

If you got SpeedTouch USB Modem by Alcatel, you can download driver from http://speedtouch.sourceforge.net/index ... ad.en.html and there is also Documentations for http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/* ... ml?rev=1.3 and if there is any other kind of Query then let us know.
