cable net speed limit

AOA.....i am cable net user.....my provider has limited my downloading speed.....i want to know that can i get the max speed by bypassing his firewalls,squid and mitrotik proxies undected and getting speed through route to route......not through proxies....it connects by a broadband dialup connection PPPOE....it connects only at my PC MAC Address.....ty

Never tried it and I think if you search on Google then you will found a solution about it.
