Assalam-u-Alaikum,
i was wondering why there are no more meetings and such activities in karachi. i think there is really a need of meetings in which we can discuss how can we promote linux. how can we make people aware of linux. there are many things which should be discussed which can help promoting linux in karachi and Pakistan.

Thanks,
Hameed Khan.

Need of Workshop for Business and Home Users

Postby arfy » Fri Aug 20, 2004 12:50 pm

I must stress the need for us to organize a workshop to impart the necesssary skills for all levels of linux users and people who are interested in learning linux.

Maybe once a week class at someones office will be enough to form a group of users who are keenly interested in upgrading their linux skill or learning linux.

Open to Suggestions.
