I need a driver of PCTEL HSP56k micro-modem for gentoo,and Rockwell internation hcf 56k data fax HCF 127A.if any one know the link so kindly let tell me.

but you'll need to compile it yourself on the system that u intend to use, otherwise it will be useless.
A thing to note:
I used the same PCTEL HSP modem myself. But when I changed my motherboard, the same modem (amr slot) on same compiled binaries didn't worked. It actually depends upon vendor HAL (SiS, Via, CMedia, etc ),
which are different from board to board. Therefore, if u try to use a precompiled binary on a board with a different HAL, the driver won't work.
Therefore you should recompile the driver on the same machine which you intend to use it on.

if u want the driver for rockwell. then u can take it from www.linuxant.com
here hcf for 127 are available. but its limitation is upto 14k as its ffor free. if u want to take full then u have to pay for it.
installation procedure is also given on that site
i am also using the same one. its working absolutely fine.
