What you want to know ?

ISP (Internet Service Provider) they have license from PTA (Pakistan Telecommmunication Authority) and then they get Bandwidht from PIE (Pakistan Internet Exchange) and then they will terminate their bandwidht using E1,Fiber to their Router, DXX or DWDM Devices. PTCL (Pakistan Telecom Company Limited) have major role in every ISP because ISP get PRI (Primary Rate Interface) from PTCL and Connect it to their Access Server e.g Lucent, MaxTNT, Ericson... and then they will get UIN from PTCL value added and PTCL value added map these numbers to their Master PRI Number so that user call to UIN get connected to their Access Server. When user try to connect to the Access Server, it send request to RADIUS (Remote Authentication Dial In User Service) Server and it will send information to Database Server and check that either its our user or not, checks expire date, checks hours !! and if all these info are correct then user will get connected :) ISP also have Proxy, Caching Servers and bandwidht controlling !!

Best Regards.
