is there any RPM or src available for Linux simmilar to MS Outlook
kindly tell if anyone know about that send me the download Link

Use KMail or Mozilla Thunderbird

evolution is very similar to outlook. I would recommend kmail

i dont know much about kolab
kolab is same like outlook in window
i also need about kolab installation b/c its giving me error when i run rpm...

try Ximian Evolution .. its looks like a MS- Outlook

If its MS Outlook, then the answer is GNOME Evolution (previously Xemian Evolution).
Evolution was once called "Outlook Killer!"
Evolution is part of GNOME desktop http://www.gnome.org/start/stable/

If you need a mail client, then thunderbird http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/

Evolution would be better as its has same outlook style
