I always had confussion with the default time of LP. I don't know what's the secret behind setting it to "All times are GMT - 5 Hours". If I'm not wrong, LP got more hits from Pakistan then any other country.

I recommend setting it to PK time unless there is a big secret behind it .

I totally agree.

I don't think there's too much we can do about it. phpbb only lets you specify your timezone in your own profile. There's no system level timezone override that we can use.
