Dear Kashif,
For this purpose you need highly directional Antennas (parabolic Dish Antennas or Grid Antennas), both should be facing each other one on the receivers end and other on the sender end, don't forget the polarity. Make sure the Fresnel zone is clear. Also let me know the topology and weather conditions. Also make sure to implement a site survey and results based on it will clear the situation.
If you are unsure let me know , i might help you with that.
