RHCE exams were not conducted by open tech

Hi,

I called open tech on 10 or 12 oct: about the RHCE exams but they say that the examiner from india is not getting a visa to come to pakistan. by the way I have one questions there is no pakistani who would take the exams.

As far as I've heard there's only two or three official Redhat Examiners for the whole Asia region but no Pakistani.
