Go to towards The Gr8 Asterisk , you can freely download it form www.asterisk.org , to run call center professionaly you will be needing technial expertise in asterisk to make it work ..

1st tell me what type of call center you wana run .

Outbound
for which country you need calling support...

A computer with some latest linux distro (Cent OS/Fedora/Ubuntu). FXO/FXS card as per your requirement & Asterisk.. And some one who can configure it. :-)
