Has anyone tried Freesco Linux?

Postby s7r1k3r » Sat Dec 28, 2002 11:24 pm

Assalam-O-Alaekum,

Has anyone here tried installing and running Freesco Linux? It is a small Linux distro intended to serve as a router or proxy server. It can run on 486 computers with 8 MB of RAM and 40 MB hard disk (even below that) and serve as the server system for an Internet cafe.

Has anyone tried this before me? Because I am just going to do it tomorrow (hopefully) and I was hoping to get some "wisdom" from here ;-)

ALLAH HAFIZ.

Aslam-o-Aliakum,

Ghazanfar... i didn't use other dist... but i do use them... found them very easy to install / configure and as well maintain... but not so easy like Win98... if anyone try to install and configure he need to go through documentation given on their site... and after some study these dist installation come equalent to Win98 or i think more easy...
if u find anything which shows my lack of knowledge,

please guide me... thx
