salamo alikum
well i want that linux redhat9 mount my window (fat32) partition automatically,right now i am using command
root@haji awan#mount /dev/hda3 /home/awan/window
so tell me what to do, and tell me how to edit etc/fstab
because i cant undersatnd what to do after
root@haji awan cd /etc
what to do next how i can edit fstab,
i dont know much about linux. exploring it by the help of u guys
so tell me in steps pleae

salam,

after going into /etc u can use gedit or kedit or whatever editor u found easy to start with and can edit the /etc/fstab by typing
#gedit fstab
and for the things u have to do in /etc/fstab check this link
