there are ways to bypass ptcl...and it works fine...but im not going to discuss "how to bypass PTCL: here
OpenSource comes under GPL, But my experties doesnt......:)

Yes, you are right. Call Termination is not allowed. However you can call out using any VoIP provider to any other countries.

Changing default SIP Port from 5060 to 5080 or 8991 etc will work for you.

Hello

Well changeing the sip ports is not the profesional solution, VOIP packets can easily be traced by devices, And by the ways its 8891 not 8991
