Is there RIS (Remote Installation Server) in Linux ???? useful or not ???

no, there is no "remote install server" for "linux". certain distributions support unattended installs, though, and if you're clever, you can probably set something up to use pxeboot and such for remote installs.

As lambda said i totally agree with him. But for remote installation you need hardware. I believe KVM Over IP will help you but i do not understand if this is what you are trying to know.
