This will help you in understanding how to install linux and how to configure it a bit.

It will work for sure. if some how it didnt then just purchase a dvd of Linux CBT from markeet easily available. It has whole bunch of installation to system level administration guides.

i am guessing you don't have any linux background. do u know anything about partitions ? if so get Fc7 or Fc8 or ubuntu i think they should be available in pakistan. or you can download one.
