neomail installation

Hi! All,
Can anyone tell me on how to set-up neomail i have install on my mailserver unfortunately it doesn't work.
I want to run neomail instead of squirrelmail.
Hoping for immediate response

you say it doesn't work. what have you tried, and what's the exact error/problem?

yes it doesn't work. I think i have properly install specially the needs of neomail to work like sperl etc.. during installation i never have encounterer an error.
anyway here is the error when i try to access.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,
sonn@linux.lapanday.local and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

yes! i did configured it properly but i think there is something wrong with it!
