can you guys help me to find out some real good MTA / Mail Server with about 5000 users and mail servers located in 5 different locations in Pakistan.
How can we deploy this solution, it would be great if provide some block diagram.

your description of what you want needs work. please provide more details.
do you want any user to use any of the five mail servers? do you want certain users to use specific mail servers only? do you want redundancy? will there be 5,000 users on each mail server?
