Installation of Squid Proxy Server with ICAP Enabled

Dear All,
Actually i have to configure Squid Proxy Server with ICAP (Internet Content Adaption Protocol) support. Will someone tell me how can i do it? Actually i can configure Squid but don't know how to enable ICAP and associates. Kindly give me a guideline so that I’ll be able to run this.
