My apologies for terming RAID0 as a killer :) the only problem with RAID0 is no redundancy and they why none of the official squid develpers have promoted it.
Secondly i must accept that i was much too eager to post :) rather than digging out the matter personally.
At the moment almost all my caches are performing better than most of the RAID systems so you can sort of call it a personal experience as well.
I hope you will overlook a newbie :)

You better root out RAID 1 as well...i think you didnt read the link. Kindly post some solid references with your assumptions/experiences as LP forum has become a good linux related site and a lot of ppl come here to seek help.

:D Thanks a Lot For SO much Replies for the Thread sorry i was Away so many dayz culdnt look upto the Thread Now M back and I have done all the Tuning of ma caches as suggested By the Friends here and its running very well
