making a custom linux distri iso image

hi
I want to make a iso image , i have one boot image called installcd/boot/boot.img and catalog file installcd/boot/boot.cat wrt present directtory

when i run following command

i get error
"mkisofs: Uh oh, I cant find the boot catalog directory 'InstallCD/BOOT'!
"

[root@smbserver builds]# mkisofs -A "iGate ver 3.2.1-522" -V "iGate" -J -R -v -T -o igate.iso -b InstallCD/BOOT/BOOT.IMG -c InstallCD/BOOT/BOOT.CAT InstallCD
mkisofs 1.14 (i686-pc-linux-gnu)
Scanning InstallCD
Scanning InstallCD/BIN
Scanning InstallCD/BOOT
Scanning InstallCD/DEV
Scanning InstallCD/ETC
Scanning InstallCD/INSTALL
Scanning InstallCD/LIB

and if i omit -c option

i get error

although its there

[root@smbserver builds]# ls InstallCD/BOOT/BOOT.IMG
InstallCD/BOOT/BOOT.IMG

dont know whats the prob

[root@smbserver builds]# mkisofs -version
mkisofs 1.14 (i686-pc-linux-gnu)
[root@smbserver builds]#
