fedora for severs

What benefits do i get if i deploy fedora core on my servers.I mean to say is should i choose it over redhat enterprize edition for servers?Is downloading it the only alternative?

Well, there isn't any huge difference between RHEL and Fedora Core. You can check the Redhat Website for a grid with the differences between the distros. I prefer Fedora core because I don't mind upgrading after 2 years or so. If you need a bigger upgrade cycle, go for RHEL.
