Squid Cache Problem

Postby shakirz1 » Wed May 04, 2005 9:41 am

I have Fedora Code 3 with Squid. 2.5 Stable 9.

I have configure squid with 65GB Cache, now my problem is, Squid store its cache only on one partition which has 9 GB size. but squid is running fine.

here is my "df" command status. after installation of 3 days.

/dev/hda11 7164704 33564 7131140 1% /cache1
/dev/hda10 7164704 33564 7131140 1% /cache2
/dev/hda9 7164704 33564 7131140 1% /cache3
/dev/hda8 7164704 33564 7131140 1% /cache4
/dev/hda7 7164704 33564 7131140 1% /cache5
/dev/hda6 7164704 33564 7131140 1% /cache6
/dev/hda5 7164704 33564 7131140 1% /cache7
/dev/hda3 7164704 33564 7131140 1% /cache8
/dev/hda13 9020136 1555804 7464332 18% /cache9

All these partitions are reiserfs file system and I mount them with this command

mount -t reiserfs -o notail,noatime,nosuid /dev/hda11 /cache1
and so on ....

here is my cache setting in squid

cache_dir aufs /cache1 6900 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache2 6900 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache3 6900 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache4 6900 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache5 6900 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache6 6900 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache7 6900 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache8 6900 16 256
cache_dir aufs /cache9 8500 16 256

I am also posting here my /var/log/cache.log
