MSP Client for Linux

Hello
My Cable Provider is using ISA server for Internet stuff and for this MSP(MS personal firewall client) is Installed on my win2k box so that I dont need to mention proxy address for IM and IRC and other clients

-is there any tool for Linux so that i can have access to net without Proxy?
problem is that i can`t access Redhat Network and cant run GAIM etc

but I wonder that ,what if I dont have access to ISA server,infact I dont have,then how would I be able to do tht??
