as u know
net send ...
net share
net use
net user
plenty...

i want commands in linux that work similar to those windows commands.

i wonder why no one replied to this,
perhaps there are so many commands to test/configure a network in linux..
here are a few...you can read the manuals for them on your box...

ifport, ifconfig, route,usernetctl, ipfwadm, arp, ping, traceroute, host, dig, nslookup, inetd, tcpd, nstat, ....the list goes on n on...these are the most general ones and should come with every distro

i dont think there is any net send alternative in Linux,not sure though

I am not sure what commands are included in the net .* commands, but you can use smbclient for a couple of things, wbinfo for some of the others. Samba 3.x is supposed to contain a command that replicates the functionality of the net command. I haven't used it to tell for sure.

look at smblient, it has many switches that replaces net commands.
