for the network of 192.168.168.0/24 pcs use the default gateway of 192.168.168.1
and for the network of 10.0.0.0/8 use the default gateway of 10.0.0.1

now of linux machine

route add -net 10.0.0.0 netmask 255.0.0.0 dev eth0:0
and

route add -net 192.168.168.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 dev eth0

make sure that iptables or ipchains is not doing anything wrong and ipforwarding is enabled by setting the value 1 in file.

may be this would help.
