your problem is that you are using three different networks with same subnet. there is no problem at all for using same subnet for many networks, but you can not join them on any nod.

solution:
1. keep all networks sperate to each other.
2. change subnet for each network. and join them on on nod (your server with three NICs)
i.e
eth0 10.0.0.2/255.255.240.0 (network 1)
eth1 10.1.0.3/255.255.240.0 (network 2)
eth2 10.2.0.4/255.255.240.0 (network 3)
