Dear Noman,

I think u did see ur previous post, in that i listed step by step what i did, as i told u i didnt get any error during make bzImage and not after that but the funtion i want i'm not getting.

PLEASE tell me how can i check the module in compiled with current running kernel

Dear masnoor17177

i told u use that thing after rebooting your system test this command

iptables -A FORWARD -m string --algo bm --string "yahoo" -j DROP

above command will block yahoo to pass out or in from your kernel.

Hi,

You might want to look at Zenworks from Novell which could help you in automated patch / linux management at http://www.novell.com/products/zenworks ... tures.html

They also offer an evaluation version for free download.
