Well Kylix *WAS* the only RAD tool that allows you to do cross-platform development of Enterprise level development (Window/Linux). Unfortunately the company BORLAND is not doing any development on it and it is considered almost a dead tool by now. Another downside is that since Borland has not issued any updates for Kylix it does not work on many new distros.

While not even half as good, you can try Lazarus an emerging Delphi clone that is both free and open source and now it works on Windows,Linux and OS-X.
