Application Issue

Assalam Alikum Everyone,

I m having trouble find solution of this i m using RH9 i made an application running on TomCat it is working fine untill one of my functionality of application is stop working when i access the application and want to change the file or update it from windows workstation. It cant allowed me to edit the xml file. Every time it returned false expression/

Dear xscitech,
Salam,

To edit XML file you need to stop your TomCat because Resources are using by TomCat
