I want to install CRULP URDU Phenotic keyboard in X. can you please tell me how can i put support for linux in X development version. So it avalaible in future for all the versions of X.

I'm not sure about the CRULP keyboard, but the version of the phonetic keyboard created by Zaeem Arshad and Anjum Butt ships with the recent Linux distributions (I've confirmed it on OpenSUSE 10.1 and Ubuntu Dapper). All you need to do is go into the keyboard layout section and enable it (Control Center->Regions And Accessibility->Keyboard Layout->Enable Keyboard Layout->Pakistan->Add->Apply in KDE).
