Squid With DSL

Hye Guys I have a system with 3.0GHZ Hyoer Threading,1G RAM, HDD 80*2, and one DSL modem Alcatel. and i have installed the Mandrake 9.1.

Can u guys give me the best configuration file for my system. And tell me please how to configure it with DSL. Is there any specific configuration with DSL. I have done it but i have a problem. Let me explain my problem to you. I loaded the config file from the forum. from Färrükh Ähmëd. I am now posting this file i have edited. When i dont edit the option http_access deny all then i rcv error of access is denied but when i edit this option to "http_access allow all" My clients machines dont seems to find the proxy server it seems to browse but no error no webpage i can see. Plz check my this file and let me know where i m wrong

actually i m using proxy servers from my ISP so tell me do i need also some specific configuration for that.
