2. Web Content Filtering
3. Internet Usage Real-time monitoring
4. Firewall like ZoneAlaram (Professional Edition)

Kindly anybdy suggest me which applications could be used in Linux for above mentioned purposes.

Re: Utilities in Linux like MS-Windows
Aslam-o-Aliakum,
IPcop (Totally free)
Smooth Wall (free for use but commerial)
Mandrake MNF (free for use but commerial)
Devil Linux (free) etc. etc. etc.
and many more firewalls... there are... with IDS (snort, Prilude) ,Proxy, DNS Cache, DHCP, Blacklisting IP (any network) and lot lot more...
I feel... IPcop is best in case of totally free
but in case of commercial + Free for use is Mandrake which i feel is best...
beware my linux knowledge is limited... may be there are lot better Firewall available in Linux...
if u find any better firewall or IDS Distribution/Software, kindly also let me know... thx

I've got a couple of items to add to the above lists
- Sophos Antivirus (comes with the Redhat profession boxed version).
- fwbuilder for firewalling (xml as native format, spits out any of netfilters, ipf, pf firewalls; very finely tuneable).
- nagios (formerly known as netsaint) for service monitoring (interfaces with mrtg too).
- squidguard (addon to squid for doing access filtering/redirection). DansGuardian is another popular squid filtering package.
a very good source for free, commercial and shareware software for linux is: http://www.linuxworld.com/download/index.html.
