Limewire & torrent

My netwok settings are

http_proxy="192.168.2.1:8080"
and i've to install ISA client in windows ,,,,,


In Linux (ubuntu) i cant connect Limewire or even bittorrent and also ximian evolution is not connecting

plz tell some solution .....
