Media Center XP Substitute in OpenSource

Hye Dear All,

Do anyone know about media center xp substitute in opnsource . Its very useful technology but does opensource compete it ?. Secondly can I get media center xp software from some where.

What the hack it is not available for LINUX platform. By browsing their site some more, I realised that LINUX platform is not ready for such type of things. It has to take some time. While in this time, VISTA would have done its JOB.

you didnt checked out "Mandriva/Mandrake" & Lindows/Linspire!
Both are ready for Media Centre!
