I have Red Hat Linux installed and I wanted to go to the PROM (like we go to PC's BIOS by hitting F8 key).
How can I get the "ok" prompt where I can use the devalias , printenv, banner , boot-device commands.
Thanks,

there is no "prom" on intel-type pcs that use a bios, nor is there any command or key you can hit under linux to get to such an interface. if you want to get to the bios, hit whatever key that normally gets you there when the system is booting up.

The commands you list above and the 'ok' prompt are all related to Sun SPARC hardware.
