How to recover root ( root Login : su )password in terminal?

AoA to All,

Have a nice day! I want to eatblish connection b/w PTCL HUAWEI ETS 2051 Wirelss Local loop and edubuntu 7.04. I have visited for this

In console login as a root

root login : su

root password : *****

I have forgot the password. Can any body tell me password recovery method in terminal. I shall be thank for this.

login as yourself, type "sudo -s", give it your password, and then type "password root" to set root's password.
Watch out for the Manners Taliban!
Isn't it amazing how so many people can type "linuxpakistan.net" into their browsers but not "google.com"?
