VNC Password problem in Redhat Linux

i can change the VNC password on remote Linuix machine through SSH. But i cant enable remote desktop services. Please help me to enable VNC or remote desktop from ssh. i am using Redhat Desktop 4

what you want

you want to execute vnc server ?
password you changed does not work for you?

the password of VNC worked fine that i change from terminal or shell. but i want to know how can i enable remote desktop or enable vnc from terminal.
