First thing that you have to do is to Get a DVD/CD of Linux Distro and Kashif bhai said.

Then if you can understand Urdu just goto http://www.wbitt.com here you will find manu CBT's regarding different things for Linux, whihc help you out in many ways.

Get CBTs (Computer Based Training) for linux and when you start to understand about linux behavior a bit then you can join some good institute for this purpose in your area to get certified.

Dear brother Khalid!
I think it is better to initiate 'The Move To Linux' by building broad image of Linux, and its comparison with windows, which you already know. The later will build the image of Linux higher than the image you currently have about Linux in your mind, and as a result, it would then be easy for you to work on Linux. Linux is not so much difficult. It would have the same difficulties as you faced while you were working on windows in the initial days.
You can find much help from the internet in this regard. Do take one small step towards Linux. The problems will have easier solutions.
