I have downlaoded mandriva 2009.
When i try to run the cd
it goes fine but when everything is loaded my monitors turns off and there is no display.
Plz help

Can you please tell us more infromation about your Hardware ?

Like which VGA Card and Monitor you have in your system ?

i am using onboard graphics .
My board is intel 865

And iam using Compaq TFT 5010

The problem might be in your monitor as it will not be support smaller screen resolution. change it and try again on some good one

A login page appears
what is the password??
