problem with linux smb

Dear All

i am using linux smb server but when i give the read and right permission to the folder then generate the files e.g *.cmd, *.pif, *.exe and one auto files.kindly guide me how can i stop to generate these files.
beacuse these files are harmfull to microsoft clients and its slow down the performance of our server.

add this parameter in your smb.conf

veto files = /*.eml/*.exe/*.scr/*.pif

you put them in the section for the share you want to protect. read the man page for smb.conf.
