i have experienced SARG / bandwidthd / MRTG

I need Client IP's detail how much bandwidth per IP is consumed and connection time to specific web site what download and more detail .

Use Radius Authentication for your clients as Wateen doing. However they are using Cisco device and technically this can be done as well under Linux.
