Online Form!

AOA,

I want to make an online registration system for my new LAN users.
registration form contains an :

1) LAN Domain ID
2) Email ID

Then form first approved online by an GM, then IT Manager then goes to concerned person.

Dear you can use PHP to do that. Many examples are available on internet, you should google it

You can make it either in PHP or ASP if you have some skills in it.
