Port Forwarding

Post by mohdali2 »

I have DSL Connection which connected to a router. Two PCs and One linux AS/ES 4 Server is connected with this router and getting local ip addresses.

I installed a web based software on my Linux AS/ES 4 Server and would like to access the same software from remote location. I called my ISP and the customer support person told me that I have to setup port forwarding on my router which I already setup.

I would like to know if there is any other setup required on linux AS/ES 4 Server in order to performed the above task.

Regards

nope.
Watch out for the Manners Taliban!
Isn't it amazing how so many people can type "linuxpakistan.net" into their browsers but not "google.com"?
