Adjusting Time of system

Salam
The time of my server daily changes or when i reboot it.But the hardware time is correct since i have changed it.
How can i correct it or connect my OS time with hardware time.

if you want to handle it manually, turn off ntpd. if you want the system to always have the right time, either change your timezone to dhaka time, or update your timezone files.

Isn't it amazing how so many people can type "linuxpakistan.net" into their browsers but not "google.com"?
