specific user can logon to specific IP via samba server

I have configured samba server on centOS 5, i want a specific user can logon to specific client machine IP (e.g Windows XP), How?
2nd, i want to restrict user to open some windows applications in XP, What i have to add in samba server?
last, How can deploy any login script (VBS/ any linux based) at xp client side via samba server?
