well, why don't you start by describing what you think should happen? having three links to the same subnet is not an ordinary situation. what are you trying to do?

Isn't it amazing how so many people can type "linuxpakistan.net" into their browsers but not "google.com"?

you write
i want to connect 1 ethernet to all 3 networks,how can i do ???
but in your earlier post, you wrote
i have 3 ethernet with same ip pools 10.0.0.0/20
is it one network, or three?

what are you trying to accomplish, and why?

network topology
we have 3 networks with same ip pools

my server has 3 ethernet

eth0 10.0.0.2/255.255.240.0 (network 1)
eth1 10.0.0.3/255.255.240.0 (network 2)
eth2 10.0.0.4/255.255.240.0 (network 3)

problem is that

all ethernets are not working in same time,
only 1 ethernet works in one time.

this is wrong design. Only first route defined in your routing table will work. you can see using `route -n` or `ip ro`.
